My favourite stop off when travelling from Devon to London.Good selection of hot food.Sometimes pop into Starbucks.Word of caution..Always have a sip of your coffee before leaving.I ordered a Toffee Nut Oat latte and it tasted like a regular latte Didn't realise til I was half way up the motorway! Not a deal breakers...would go in again!☺️

Well Designed, clean and spacious facility, but oh the toilet paper, avoid at all costs, it is flimsy and if it is used at all it should be doubled up at least once or better thrice... Awful stuff

We stopped here to charge our cars a number of times but it is always too packed and the queues are long. Once you charge it is slower than expected. In the station the situation is the same with long queues everywhere. The up side is that the toilets have been renovated so looks better.

As an EV owner I will recommend drivers to refrain from stopping at this welcome break station because there are only 2 ccs charging stations. You need to prepare yourself for a long wait as tha "fast charging" stations are working at low capacity (An average wait of 1 hour 25 min to charge from 20-80%)Also the shopping area is relatively small and can be very crowded.Better off, pushing extra 12 miles and stop at Reading Station

How come during the COVID-19 period the toilets were exceptionally clean and now they are back to being dirty and discussing?.... If only they could have a bit of (pride) we know that they can do it.

Just used the refurbished toilets and showers for the first time. Bearing in mind the month of November nearly December, the shower room felt more like a chilled fridge… air con on blowing out cold air… bloody freezing. Then to make is worse, the air coming through smells of kfc/Burger King. I went for a shower to freshen up… Now I feel dirty from the smell. I feel like I work for kfc/Burger King. The only positive I can give is the shower is an excellent size with great showers.Just think you could have got five stars….

Everything closes very early! (Fast food) Lucky for me I just needed the toilets which was open at least, I won’t have Starbucks so just a juice from a shop which I think was WHSmiths?

We only stopped off briefly for a toilet break and quick drink. They have decent facilities. All that you need from a services

Doing up the toilets so temporary ones out the back. The car park directions means that you have to drive past the entrance through all the pedestrians to exit the car park. Things will get better I hope

My recent visit to the Welcome Break Membury Eastbound Services on the M4 was a positive experience. The service station was notably clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant and efficient stop during my journey. The variety of facilities available was impressive. From a range of food outlets offering both quick snacks and more substantial meals to clean restroom facilities, everything seemed designed for the convenience of travelers. The seating areas were also well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax and recharge.Additionally, the staff at the service station were friendly and helpful. They seemed attentive to the needs of the visitors, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The parking area was spacious and well-lit, which added to the sense of security, especially when traveling late at night or early in the morning. In conclusion, Welcome Break Membury Eastbound Services on the M4 provides a great rest stop for travelers. With its clean facilities, variety of food options, and helpful staff, it's a service station that I would recommend to others and would happily visit again in the future.
Very good services, toilets well maintained, generally clean everywhere. Starbucks is the cafe with other fast food outlets. More restaurants when you go up the escalator. They have a Little Waitrose & Partners.Easy access of the motorway and good place to stop for a break - Recommend

Must be on the top 10 worse service stations in the UK. The only amusing thing was watching 6 different people trying to work out how to charge their cars using their electric charging points, now I know why I don't have an electric car!! 3 gave up!! Not sure what happened to the others as only stayed for 40 minutes

Just wanted to share for fellow dog owners... the Starbucks cafe (separate building to main services) allowed us to take dogs inside. Friendly staff, clean loos and dog friendly.... definitely worth 5 stars.

Please be aware dear motorists, that Parking Eye operate an inflexible parking system. If you exceed your allotted 2 hour visit (make sure you note when you arrive and leave within the 2 hours to be sure) otherwise you will have to pay £15 per hour. These charges can ONLY be paid via the PayByPhone app providing specific numbers of the service station you attended and MUST be paid THAT day by 11.59pm. If you fail to do so, you'll receive a £100 fine which will be reduced to £60 if you pay within 14 days. Please share this amongst your friends and family to stop taking good money from good people needlessly.
