“First time I had visited this establishment for many years and was very pleasantly surprised at what I found today lunchtime.A warm welcome,shown to a choice of table, menus and drinks served promptly and an excellent menu it was too.My friend chose the pork belly, I had the Steak & Guiness pie, both prepared to order and served piping hot after a few minutes.Both selections were excellent, well cooked and presented and very tasty.A good dessert menu was very difficult to select from, the apple crumble with ice cream was again of good quality taste and size.Well signposted from surrounding country roads I can recommend The Ibex for lunch and or dinner and will return soon”
