Great atmosphere, we hadnt booked for a saturday night but managed to get a table for 2. Love the decor, service was really quick, and menu was great. Will definitely come again! The flowerpot cheesecake was the best!

Get food, environment and service. They accommodate for all people with allergies or intolerances. The staff were polite and helpful and gave great advice.

For a party of 14, the food was top class, service was exemplary and atmosphere spot on....the rendition of Happy Birthday was perfect! Best place for a birthday brunch...10 out of 10. Thank

I can't fault it other than the price, but it's on par with everywhere else in the current climate. The breakfast was really good, nice and hot. Bacon is streaky bacon, and sausages are great! They are well known for their pancakes, but I would recommend the Mediterranean breakfast!Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian selection is similar to most places with a few options dotted around. Doesn't feel too limited.

The waiter at the front was super helpful in finding us a table when really busy with only a few minutes wait. The staff were really friendly and great with the kids. The food was really tasty and couldn't complain at all. Was a little pricey for the 4 of us but really nice

I found the menu quite limited in choice and reasonably

Nice place food was ok and staff friendly but the service was very slow considering it wasn’t that busy. We had to go searching for staff each time we needed something.

Excellent breakfast, great service. This place is on our go to list. However, only one complaint. My son and I ordered poached eggs, the eggs were overcooked, otherwise the food was great.

Day out in Newbury popped in for lunch. Friendly staff, quick service and fresh tasty food. 12.5% tip added to bill then it appeared to ask if we wanted to add on a tip for the waiter/ess. So what is the service charge for? Maybe a blip with new and not very user friendly table payment system? Otherwise definitely worth a visit.

I was with my soon to be 93 year old friend for evening service on 25 January 2024. I’m writing to say thank you, and to highlight the amazing service, we received from Sam at your Newbury branch. Sam gave us genuine, sincere and outstanding service and was in tune with our needs, which meant we had a delightful experience. Please recognise Sam with an outstanding employee financial award. As a suggestion, please check your downstairs toilet to make sure it is accessible for a wheelchair. (Please note that neither of us are permanent wheelchair users but campaign for disabled persons rights). The final door frame before the toilet door looked too narrow to me for a wheelchair, but I could be wrong. Also, the journey passed the till to the disabled toilet looked a little difficult to negotiate by wheelchair especially as you’ve a lot of children’s high chairs piled up in the space there. The disabled toilet could also do with a good clean and brought upto modern standards. Thank you.Wheelchair accessibility: See review above.

Bill's never fails to deliver. Through the door the welcome is friendly and efficient. Weather it be breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner, the food is consistently of a very reasonable standard. The bar and cocktails are always worth a try as well. The Decor is modern and rustic. Every time we come here we spot something to look at, which is always a good conversation topic. We will always return to Bill's.

We went here last night and were treated to a lovely meal. The food is great, with plenty of vegan options. Though I'm sad they've got rid of my favourite starter (the one with the grilled/fried???) little peppers, the aubergine fritters were a delight. However, the thing that keeps us coming back is the wonderful staff. Rhys and Sam in particular are always wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I'm also very impressed that they now recognise us (I hope that's a good thing!) and were asking last night about things that we maybe mentioned around a year ago. We'll have to start coming back more regularly, as we had a very enjoyable and romantic date night, and although we paid for most of it with a voucher, the price was incredibly reasonable.Vegetarian options: I really enjoy the vegan shawarma and my husband is a fan of the dirty vegan burger. The star of the meal though were the aubergine fritters we had as a side.Dietary restrictions: Many vegan options on the menu, all clearly labelled.Wheelchair accessibility: Though parts of the restaurant are a little crowded, the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help you get to your seat. There's no step to get in, and there is a disabled toilet downstairs if you know how to find it (I'm sure if you ask, someone can show you the way).
