These guys make time for you. They provide a spot on service , always make you feel welcome and aren’t going to avoid you when passing by the restaurant or just randomly going about Newbury. A real local. Great service, nice people. Great manager/ owner. Long story short. I highly recommend Botan. They have never let me down. Happy eating people! 5 star review for real. My usually order is just under £10 but I can’t reflect that in the below options as it’s occasionally above for a treat. Thanks guys

Normally good but this time food took nearly 2 hours, after multiple phone calls the phone was just left on the side for 10 minutes then hung up, very poor

Not sure how it’s 4.3 stars. It’s awful!The manager doesn’t know customer service either as I explained I can’t bring it back to have it remade all he kept saying is “I’m sorry you feel like that” and talking over me! AVOID

This is terrible, made an order of £70 that turned up nearly 2 hours after ordering stone cold and without kids drinks, wouldnt recommend ordering from here if this is the service received, not the experience I expected to be honest, still waiting for the order to be confirmed as delivered so i can get in touch with deliveroo about

If I could put no stars I would. I ordered at 4:50 they sent me an email saying my order would be delivered around 5:22. I waited till gone 6:15 I phoned them up asked nicely when would my food leave the shop and his reply was “I don’t know, we are having problems with our driver.” No apologies from him. I said will my food be okay when ever it gets here. All the guy said was “Yh” so I waited and when my food got here it was disgusting and I had to throw it away it was cold and the chips were not edible. I’m disappointed and shocked at the customer services. All he had to be was polite.

The best kebab I've ever eaten hands down! The kitchen looked clean and vibrant, the food was wholesome, so very tasty and the portion size was perfect.The two fellas were extremely warm and gave a very friendly welcome, outstanding service and cooking.We will definately be back and is our new favourite takeaway. Thankyou for that much needed comfort food this evening.
