Rude woman behind the till gave me an incorrect ticket for the car wash. I paid for the car wash, waited 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue- code wouldn’t work so I had to go back in - no apology and another 25 minute wait - would have been quicker to wash the car! Rude assistant would not wait for BPMe app to open as issues with that again - will aim to avoid BP at all costs if this is how they treat customers.

Honestly, the most unfriendly staff i’ve ever come across. Unhelpful, rude and essentially telling you that you’re stupid when the barcode they claim scanned correctly, in fact hadn’t. Also, they have the most outdated and slowest pumps out of all petrol stations. Sainsbury’s is cheaper and much more modern.

The excellent choice of deli style snacks is unsurpassed. The ready to eat Mexican Style Chicken with Soured Cream, Lime & Coriander is exceptional. The choice of wines is also very varied and their New World wine selection is particularly good. The team are always friendly, especially when reaching out to the forecourt to assist via their highly effective Tannoy system. One not to miss!

This facility has the most unhelpful staff to find on petrol stations around..At the least Sainsbury petrol station nearby are helpful or treat you with a smile. Car wash is closed most of the time. Staff cuts out the gas supply at the drop of hat. No sympathy for customer needs. They think they are motorway gas station. If you ask any query which might be helpful to improve situation the answer is always negative. You are treated as a homeless person even if you are legit full paying customer. Communities nearby are taking note of this as customer with families are finding problem.
