I placed a order over the phone when I went to collect it was all wrong so I refused to pay for it asked them to re do it and they said said no so I left it on the side and walked out they were so rude it's is un really , so I ordered some where else and will never go back

Avoid this place completely! Ordered online for delivery to our postcode entered via the web user interface. After submitting the order a staff member phoned within 5 minutes to inform me that my order couldn't be delivered to our address. That would be fine but when I asked for a refund the staff member became rude and obnoxious and suggested I use the website or provide my bank details so he could "whats app" them to his boss! When I aired some caution about sharing my data this way, he became very defensive and rude (customer is always right concept seemingly missed this guy!). I have not received a callback after nearly a week, and have submitted multiple complaints via the website requesting a refund. Still no refund! Awful service and staff Note: I went to the thatcham store and although they couldn't give the refund, they were very sympathetic, so this is specific to the Newbury store.

They Evan doesn’t worth for 1 star I wish I could put in negative. Was there regular customer and always they do the same fraud always they cut down the amount of the toppings and charge full price.Doesn’t recommend?.
