Three people working behind the counter, long queue. Tables not cleared, toilets dirty, floor in eating area filthy. If this is the area the public sees, it makes you wonder what state the non public areas are in Obviously need more staff. Avoid

Greeted and served by a young lady called Lyra. Very friendly and helpful service. Had a strawberry frappe and millionaire shortbread. Very clean and tidy, well presented cafe. A little lacking in customers, so not busy - which is even better. 100% nicer than sone of the Costa places local to me. So thumbs up from me.

This site is a bit of a hidden secret and as a result of being tucked away means that you don't queue foe very long at all...always a bonus. Staff ate polite and efficient and the place is always clean (you don't see empties on tables at all really).Now if Costa offered a free cake every now and again I'd class it as a bit of a favourite haunt!

Ordered an iced black americano to take out 2day. Waited along time to be served. Yet wen I got my order. No ice in it, luke warm. See lady topping up my coffee with tap water. Won't be attending again.

Probably the worse iced coffee I’ve ever had in my life, wish I’d taken it back but it was too late. Basically just paid for ice and sugar. Disgusting, such a waste of money.

Staff were helpful and friendly, but the place could have been a lot cleaner - lots of litter around the floor. The toilet was not very tidy and had run out of toilet paper - surely someone should check that regularly.

Unfortunately no where near as good as it used to be. Staff are not as friendly and drinks always seem watery compared to other branches. Food is great. Bacon roll is recommended
