So my last experience buying a kebab from the van in newbury wasn’t great at all asked for a mixed Kebab went home and it was a doner only. Staff just don’t listen to you, So I thought I would give them a second chance well that was a waste of a tenner!!! Went to get a mixed kebab I had to say mixed twice I’ve come home and it’s shocking it’s got to be the worst kebab I have ever had it tastes vile the doner meat is tasting not right at all, salad 2 mouthfuls No peppers the sauce was placed onto the salad I asked for extra didn’t get any I will not be returningI have just seen your reply so will edit, What you have said makes me feel disgusted. You have served me from this Van yourself many times, complete disbelief, 2 company’s in newbury called GHassan’s not even a mile apart and you trying make out they are not the same company. This is wrong of you

Don't think i've had a worse kebab. Which is a shame these guys are usually good. Chips were undercooked and bland. Kebab meat was flavourless and boring. Service as alway were great but food itself was not good.

Nice food, just a shame they done actually open when it says they do online. Says open outside the shop but door is locked and no one there so often have to go elsewhere

Staff are good lads but the food isn’t good, burger tasted funny and had a red/pink colour on the inside, cheesy chips were microwaved to melt the cheese which obviously ruined it. Overpriced for what I had aswell £13 for a burger and chips and can of drink, shame cause as I say the workers are good people

I had a Chicken Shish Kebab, with all the salad and garlic mayo.The marinated chicken was really tasty (spicy) which I loved and the salad was fresh and tasty. A difference I'd not come across before was the extra skewer with grilled tomato and pepper on it.The only downsides were that they had run out of chilli peppers with the salad and the hefty £12.50 price tag for a large chicken shish.Parking: Double yellow lines and town centre location make parking practically impossible. We were lucky that we visited late in the evening and parked across a building site access that would not be possible at other times of the day.

Their customer service is so pathetic I couldn’t believe it. It felt like he was on gunpoint to take my order like he was doing me a favour. Disgraceful! And my order was incomplete charged me for drink but didn’t bother giving it

If I could give less stars I would, our delivery turned up and there was a box of cheesy chips missing, one box didn’t have the right sauce, my burger was PINK AND NOT COOKED and the wrap was missing lettuce and they still charged me full price USLESS bunch of ?️?

Food was excellent and massive portions, friendly guy there. Not much parkingParking: It's hard to find parking, but on the right side of the shop, there are a couple of spaces but you have to be quick
