Everytime we order from KFC in Newbury (RG14) There is always something missing from the order. In this case it was the gravy. Its happened at least 3 times before, we just never bother going back as its not worth the petrol money. However its getting out of hand now...

Ordered through their app where all the prices are inflated by 2/3£ +4£ delivery fee. They messed up my order and I'm not able to request any kind of refund. If I want my order right I need to go to the restaurant, they don't take any sort of responsibility for their mistake since they don't even have their own delivery staff.I honestly feel robbed.

Ordered through just eat. Arrived within the time stated so no problem there. Then it went downhill from there. Ordered a10 piece bucket received a 6 piece, ordered popcorn chicken was not sent. Then to top it off 3 pieces of the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through. If I could give it no stars I would.

Battered Burrito

Has the nicest chicken and gravy of any KfC that I have been to. Fries are also great now they’re seasoned. Service is fast and friendly. Absolutely zero issues.

Small and easily overcrowded, car park is only room for 7 or 8 cars.Parking: Very limited and deliveroo takes up to much space.

Check what they put in a bucket of chicken. They like to hide tiny little pieces at the bottom under larger pieces that count as 'portions' so they're giving less. They've done this several times now.

Ordered a KFC for the family via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, my sister did not check the bag before accepting the order off the delivery guy. 2 bags of chips missing, all the corn on the cobs missing and all the gravy missing (basically of of our sides even though they were on the bag as part of the order). 30 mins of round the house phone calls to KFC and Uber to get a partial refund which will take 15 days to process. And tbf, what food we did receive was luke warm. Absolutely terrible KFC of which I will never order from again.

Tiny portion sizes and extremely poor value for money. Slow delivery (JustEat took 90 mins to deliver 2 meals within a 2 mile radius). Take your money elsewhere people.

The young man at the front is very rude ,gave me a wrong order and when l told him that's not what l ordered he kept on insisting that was it as if lm stupid after finding out he was wrong there was no apology carried on with his attitude the food was ok his did not enjoy because his attitude put me off
