Best McDonald’s I have had in agesFinally no snobs parking in disability when shouldn’t be either which was plus service was fast as well didn’t wait long and the chips was so good nice and salty finally got decent chocolate milkshake and the chicken Big Mac was soooo good definitely will be back againThank you so muchParking: They have normal parking and disability parking

As Mc Donalds go this is in the "OK" league.It's clean, the service is pretty quick and the order was as requested.The food wasn't the hottest, but also not the coldest I've ever had.I can't say the staff seemed particularly happy to be there and a couple didn't appear to be putting the fast into fast food. Somebody returned fries as being cold, I'd say they were more on the warm but not hot side. Meat was similar temperature.The receipts on the ordering machine weren't working on all 3 days I was thereThe whole Tot Hill service area is pretty lacking in investment to be honest. Hopefully, one day, somebody will see the potential here and shake the place up because Starbucks, McDonalds and Travelodge who occupy rgis site are all dragged down by very poor ingrastructure and maintenance.

Just stopped off, one lady, who's name, I did not get, absolutely fantastic customer service.. from delivering our food to the table, to cleaning the facilities and emptying the bins.Parking: Massive for lorries and big vehicles. Carpark nearer OK but a bit tight

Very bad kustumur servise.I ordered the gimus shake, and bum chek krem and a meidum cheece pissa.I didn't recyve eny responce,i had even coled them and they didn't anser.I am not very happy i do not recumend.

Stopped in this McDonalds on the way home from Manchester and was met by a different kind of service. We were greeted by the staff with communication and had a fun chat with, one of the employees, Bill "William." What a breath of fresh air. He stopped what he was doing, even though he was busy, and had a good chat with me and my family. A lovely bloke and this is what you would like to find in all of the establishments. The other restaurants workers could do well to take a leaf out of his book. Thanks Bill.

Not bad they were a little slow due to the volume of customers but the food was hot and correct.
Shocking service, rude, bored and the ‘manager’ was a joke! Thought it was ok to fix their error by overcharging me for the replacement. No sense of team responsibility.
