While waiting in the parking lot for food at 1am on a Tuesday night, two young girls who looked about 14 years old came up to our window and starting provoking us, shouting at us and saying inappropriate things to the driver of our car. Their elder sister then approached and continued to argue with us without any valid reason. I have the entire confrontation on video. Feeling unsafe, we went through the drive through again to check on our order and spoke to an employee who said they have been there before and done the same thing. We waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot dealing with this. This is anti social and intimidating behavior and needs to be reported to the police if this is an on going issue. Furthermore, after going back through the drive through our food was actually ready and cold when given to us, so who knows how long it was ready for while this was going on.

Haven't been in a McDonald's for about 10 years, since that time the burgers seem to have halved in size and taken like lumps of cardboard in a very small bun. I think I'm done for life with McDonald's.

20 min wait on sat 2nd, oder screen only showed ready orders, not enough staff on those that were were youngsters. When food ready the youngsters didn't shout orders that were ready out so you really had to listen hard over the music and the fact the place was very busy with people waiting didn't help! I would however like to thank "George " she's a lovely lady and is always helpful and friendly like "Tony". Order was correct and thankfully hot!Parking: On a busy day rather hard to get a parking spot

It seems like the staff who work at the Newbury retail park McDonald's think it's a nightclub, because the music is SO loud that you literally have to shout at the people you're with to be able to have some form of conversation. I was sat away from the speakers and it still sounded like it was above me, I don't mind background music in places like mcdonalds/coffee shops/Tescos etc... But not when it's on full volume.The food was good and came out quickly and hot for once which was nice.Also, whoever made the playlist needs firing. I liked Madonna before coming in here... Now her music gives me PTSD.
Order was missing an item, no easy way to get money back as only realised after getting home

WE GO TO MCDONALD'S DRIVE THROUGH FOR COFFEE ETC, I HAD A LOVELY CARAMEL PIE, IT WAS THE BEST THING I THINK I'VE HAD THERE. THE CARAMEL LATTE/COFFEES ARE LOVELY AS WELL. THEY HAVE STARTED DOING THE NEW SIZE DISHES COZ XMAS. EVEN NEW ICE CREAM,I DON'T LIKE THE BURGERS AND THEY NEVER LOOK LIKE THE PICS.⛄ THEY ARE FLAT, WET DUE TO THEM GOT IN THE PACKETS. I THINK EVERYONE KNOWS THAT?I DID LIKE THE CHEESE NUGGETS, MMMMMM☺️ WORTH GOING PEOPLE? Drove out to pick up 2 mc muffin breakfasts. Got home to find no egg on the one breakfast. Recently many issues with cold food, half cups of coffee and missing items.
