Ordered from here twice. The first time, the pizza was overcooked. The second time, the side dish was undercooked.The last order has been a disaster. Allegedly, due to their system issues, my online order never arrived, yet I was still charged. During the phone call, they suggested placing the order again. Interestingly, when I provided my order number, they knew my address but couldn't see the details of the order or deliver it. Quite strange. They suggested placing the order and paying over the phone again. It was getting late and we were starving so I placed order again. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong (let's say it could be due to my accent, but if they couldn't hear me, they could have asked for clarification).Since I paid twice I was told I would receive a refund and an email regarding the cancellation of the online order. Let's see how that plays out. It sure is too early to speak about refund itself but I haven't received any email acknowledging their error or providing information about the canceled order. Essentially, I paid twice for an order that arrived late, was incorrect, and undercooked.The driver was friendly, but given all of the above I can't give any more stars.Upd it's been two weeks and there's been no progress. Customer support is not supportive. I actually have to now escalate with my bank if I want to get the refund. Thus was my last time ordering anything from them.

I dont know what they do with their crust but i have never eaten such a light pizza crust the spices , flavours ingredients everything is top notch The best pizza hands down ❤️

The most incompetent pizza shop there is. The inability to bring the correct dips time and time again is absolutely moronic, they are rude, one time when they brought the wrong dips they brought the correct ones 45 minutes later, we’d binned the wrong ones and the driver demanded them back for another customer, not sure that complies with food hygiene standards, rude and aggressive, even a heated discussion with the ‘management’ and the very next week, incorrect again. Your job is beyond simple, some might think this is petty… but if you ordered a steak in a restaurant with peppercorn sauce and it came covered in bernaise then you’d send it back! Do your simple job correctly. You finally pushed a very loyal customer to never use you again! Do better at an easy idiot proof task!!! The zero attempt to look after someone who spends a fairly significant amount of money with you is why your franchise reputation will eventually cause your closure. Herbies is next door, use them instead!!!!

The two guys in Papa John's are very helpful & you can have a good laugh with. Papa John's do a great variety of pizza's, cheese ? and Ham and Pineapple ?, Four ? Cheeses, Hawian, Peperomi, plus many other flavours to choose. They will also do you a home ? delivery service that is provided.You can also get get yr'self a cold drink, bottle ? or a can of coke, orange ? or 7 up. There is a bus ? route that runs through the main Yorktown Road Sandhurst, from Camberley to Bracknell every half hour. Plus a railway ? service opportunitie the public house The New Inn Pub.

Had an upset stomach after eating a pizza from here. Gave it a second chance and it happened again to myself and my niece. Obviously bad hygiene. Try washing your hands! Stay away.
