Have been using this one for a few years and it gets a little more tired looking each year. The room we had this time had some pretty grotty bathroom details, black mould on show and a musty pee smell. Quirky toilet flush. The staff were polite as usual. Wi-fi worked and the room temperature was fine. Kind of glad we had dinner and breakfast elsewhere though.

I brought the family here when visiting Lapland uk.The hotel is small and just off a main road but it’s well placed so quiet and calm.The staff are very attentive and there is an on-site restaurant also very nice. Free parking. No lift but the staff offered to help with luggage.

Arrived around 6pm. Check in was simple and straight forward. Room was clean and well equipped. On entering the bar, there was an obvious shortage of staff, but those that served us were great. Food took a while, but is was very good. Breakfast staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great stay.

Not at all good service!! The female staff was not at the reception for most of the time!! I have to wait for 30 minutes waiting in the night for checkin as the lady was not there on the desk !! Room had bad smell coming from everywhere!! Flush was not working properly!! Tried complaining the same but no one was at the reception!

I stayed at the Premier inn in Sandhurst when I was doing the moon walk in london, the lady At reception I think her name was Michelle was so lovely, she was helpful and very supportive of the cause we were walking for, and on our return from the moonwalk she had left us a few small gifts in our room that were so lovely and made us both cry, she is truly a great asset to your hotel as she cares about the people that stay with you and she goes that extra mile to make them feel special, thank you xRooms: Clean and quiet room

We could not fault this Premier Inn. Everyone who works there is helpful and pleasant - nothing seemed too much trouble. We arrived very late evening of a blisteringly hot day to find a room with a fan on to help keep temperatures down. It was extremely very welcome. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was spotless. We had only booked for a one night stay but because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the Inn we ended up staying for three nights. The lady working in the Beefeater restaurant which was linked to the Inn was so sweet and helpful and even gave us some brilliant travel advice for getting about. This Premier Inn is brilliantly situated if you want a day out at Legoland or Windsor and of course central London is not far away.

Nice hotel, great staff, clean rooms, nice dining room, great breakfast - unfortunately, the temperature in the bedrooms at this hotel is off the scale hot - too hot to sleep in. Yes, it was an August night, but it was cool outside, so I don't know where the heat was coming from. We had two extremely uncomfortable nights at this hotel because of the temperature. We spoke to Reception but there was nothing they could do for us except offer us a fan, which we already had. The second night we slept with the curtains open to hope for a breeze but no, just as hot and sticky as the previous night. Such a shame, as the location, amenities and staff were all excellent. Head Office, please take note - you are losing return business. We, and other members of our group will not stay there again unless we could be sure that we can cool the room down sufficiently to sleep in.
We have disability and stayed in a room with facilities. Found this to be excellent and just what we needed and will be returning. Convenient location for us and relaxing noise free with comfortable bed. Booking in easy and cooperative staff who allocated suitable room efficiently

I’m very happy with customer service especially when booking late in the evening and getting room same night. Guy at reception was very helpful and friendly. Sorted our room just in time . Left my phone in the room after checking out. Phoned to ask if they found a phone but they said they couldn’t find it . Apart from that everything was ok ?

Lovely Premier Inn, in a great location for our family trips to Thorpe Park and Legoland. Plenty of Parking, reception staff friendly and helpful. Check In easy. Room very comfortable and clean. What else could you need. Will use again if ever in the area.
