Probably the finest one star Michelin restaurant I have eaten in. A great varied selection of amuse bouche, the bread selection was superb with great accompaniments, excellent crab starter and perfect main course of Cornish Turbot followed by an outstanding pistachio dessert and petit fours. The additional cheese course was also a delight with great expertise in the cheese room and again with great accompaniments particularly the fig chutney. Service was friendly, very attentive but not stuffy. Lovely small touches such as bars of chocolate to take away and a waiter who knew we loved the chutney and gave us a jar to take away as well - so nice. It sounds as if I’m waxing lyrical but I’m not over praising as this really is an excellent restaurant and also real value for money

One of the best Michelin restaurants I have ever been to.My girlfriend took me here for my birthday to have lunch and the food was just amazing. Great service of course, and the location can't be better. We had the set menu with wine pairing.

Woven by Adam Smith is hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining in! Our recent dinner was our 10th since the re-brand to Woven in September 2022. It's a really special place with an outstanding team that always delivers excellent service. We have really got to know the team over the years and they are genuinely so passionate about what they do, they really bring the dining experience to life! Despite dining here on multiple occasions it has always been different each time. I love the way Chef Adam moves his menu to the seasons and how dining here has now become more of an experience than just 'going out for dinner.' The food really is exceptional. Its just really good food cooked really well. Its classic yet contemporary but it always stays true to its roots. The Turbot Dish with Lobster is an absolute must try! The wine list has been carefully curated and the sommeliers are so knowledgable in providing you with a perfect recommendation. There is a wide variety that caters for all budgets. I really believe this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience for a really reasonable cost. After the pre dinner bites, the 3/4 course menu (including a bread course) followed by the after dinner treats you really wont leave here hungry. If you are thinking of booking, do it, you wont be disappointed!

Where to begin… The food is simply fantastic, as you would expect from a Michelin Star restaurant. The dishes are unique, creative, generous, and beautifully presented. The service is amazing, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, all of the staff will make you feel completely at home and welcome. Not only are they all professional and brilliant at their jobs, they are also passionate and enthusiastic. This is not the kind of restaurant/venue that you visit to tick off the list, this is the kind of place you will want to come back to every year to relax and really enjoy the quality on offer. A special mention to the sommelier, who was the best I have experienced, and made the wine paring so special. The value you get from somebody who is so keen to show off their passion and talent was incredible, as was the wine.

Lunch at the Woven is a truly wonderful experience - simply more than just a meal!

The food here is nothing short of spectacular, with each dish a work of culinary art. The flavors are truly remarkable with the beautiful food presentation (the cutlery design are awesome too). The starters, the main are wonderful but surprisingly , the bread is amazing!! Not gonna lie, they probably have the best croissant in the UK , if not Europe! with a combination of their lobster sauce & butter, it’s just mind-blowing ( I hope I can do takeaway for that). What takes this dining experience to the next level is the outstanding hospitality provided by the trio of Arne, Joel, and Karen. They create an atmosphere of warmth and care that makes you feel like a cherished guest. Even though we’ve arrived really late and also the last guest leaving the restaurant but they still have a big smile on their face. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring a memorable visit is unparalleled."Woven by Adam Smith" not only excels in gastronomy but also weaves together the threads of exceptional cuisine and top-notch service. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a perfect blend of fantastic food and impeccable hospitality.Amazing birthday dinner for my mom!

Really liked the dining room but had a few reservations when looking through the wine list which is seriously expensive or maybe it’s because I’ve bought a few of the wines years ago so had a couple of glasses and not a bottle. Staff were amazing and we talked about the food which was faultless and even about the wines. Don’t understand some folk saying they leave hungry what are you a whale. Yes portions are small but there was a lot of nibbles to start and a pre desert and flavours and seasoning are all on point and very skilfully executed and we thought everything was great. Will be back loved it.

We have not been to Coworth Park for a number of years and wanted to try this new offering. Firstly, the staff were outstanding, very friendly and professional. The three courses plus extras were superb, with special mention to the bread course. I had the lamb but my wife's turbot was so attractive I was jealous. We lingered for about three hours but time well spent. Will definitely be back.

Despite being forgotten/ignored for the first half hour of our visit - we had to ask for drinks and food menus and had to complain to get some form of attention, despite an initial impression that was hugely disappointing, my review is for five stars. That gives you some idea of just what heights of culinary perfection and service excellence were achieved after that forgettable start. I will not attempt to describe the food as it best experienced. Suffice it to say the care and attention given to preparing and presenting each course shines through when you taste it. The menu may say three courses but add in various pre-starters including an unannounced bread course - seriously good too - and a pre dessert and some sensational “treats” to accompany coffee, and you have a 2-3 hour multi course lunchtime delight. A word for the staff. Parking the early nonsense, the team more than atoned, delivering knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, relaxed but efficient service with a touch of personality. Well done. And all of this for a remarkable £85 per head. Brilliant value for a one star (should be two in my view) Michelin restaurant.

We live in Ascot and use The Barn for work, but hadn't been to the main restaurant for years. I thought the old space was stuffy, a bit blingy with over-worked food. Woven is a completely different experience, much more relaxed and friendly with staff who seem to genuinely enjoy serving people who love their food. It was probably the best meal we've even had. The combination of snacks (traditional tasting menu portions) and 'mains' that you could choose was perfect, although I found it hard to choose a dessert so they brought all three. The fact that bread is a feature course makes it my favourite place ever, I virtually had to be pulled off it. We were there for about four hours and everything we ate was amazing. Even the colour palette of the meal (green when we went) was beautifully curated, it's not just a restaurant but a theatre experience too. We spent a fortune (over £600 for two) but that included wine flights and cheese and I'd rather have one Woven experience than six mediocre meals. Genuinely superb.

The most amazing meal and experience from start to finish! We were here as a party of 10 for a special occasion. You always wonder if a Michelin restaurant with 14 courses can keep up the high standards you expect when you have such a large group. No problem here whatsoever. There were plenty of professional and experienced staff allocated to our table, all delivering wonderful food, one course after another! The setting itself, in a separate room within the restaurant, provided real escapism, and added to the whole experience. Every single one of the 14 courses was 10/10 for taste and 10/10 for presentation - wow! I have tried to add as many photos as possible of the amazing food. Coworth Park as a whole was fantastic and every meal we had, breakfast/lunch/dinner, was also perfect. All staff at this hotel were helpful and courteous. Thank you

Impressive! The chef had put so much thoughts in every single dish, from the hors d'oeuvre thru all the 4 courses. Sometimes in other fine dining restaurants, the dish is more or less the same, but Adam has created his own dishes. We love all the courses, but the highlight was the 5 types of bread served with different types of butter/oil/paste. We can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic dinner. My favourite culinary experience of the last couple of years.

Woven by Adam Smith is one of those stand out culinary experiences that leaves you full but desperate for more. Wonderfully managing the balance of fine dining and friendly informality, the staff are to be commended on their knowledge and personable approach. The food - perhaps 9 courses in all - was exceptional.
