Ordered a pizza for collection for 10:45 - was made to wait 30 minutes, then told it was ready to then be told by someone else they “didn’t know what had happened to the pizza and had lost it” was then made to wait another 10 minutes and offered a drink for the confusion. Poor service and rubbish organisation

The pizza came cold and they didn't send the chicken wings and when I questioned they said they couldn't do anything because they were closed but on the site they said they were open.

Was waiting to be served over half an hour with no other customers. Being ignored by staff, Delivery driver staring at me round a corner. (Newman)
Ordered my pizza and had to wait over 20min as apparently a driver took my pizza by accident ?

This pizza was great, but the last 3 times had it. Its been awful, not really got, not enough cheese to even get an even coverage. Sparse toppings even if you have clicked for extra!!No more

Waited 15 mins 2 get served and left as no staff come 2 counter and the place was empty this is twice now so never going there again
