Tried to get breakfast advertised from 9:am got there at 10:15 to find it closed. Was very disappointed we'd decided to go to breakfast to start my wife's 70th birthday off.

Long overdue visit back to La Fontana this evening. Always a warm welcome when you walk through the door. Food is excellent, cooked to a very high standard, I had the baked stuffed mushrooms and the la diavola pizza, requested extra green peppers which were duly added. Pizza base is lovely and thin with generous toppings on top. Great menu choice for starters, mains and deserts along with a superb drinks menuHighly recommended.

We take our young daughter to eat here frequently. The staff are outstanding, so kind and welcoming and very attentive. It’s a great location with some lovely window seats. The food is good as well, we’ve never had a bad meal in countless visits. Prices are really good, in line with the food. We love coming here, you always see someone you know as well, so it has a real local feel. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately don’t stay just because the floor and tables were dirty. Didn’t give me confidence to want to eat there. It was not busy and lots of staff. Seemed strange that no one would consider sweeping the food off the floor or wipe down the menus.

No bread on arrival. Pizza was ok… nothing special, better ones at home. Staff were ok. Dessert was cold, and was provided with spoons only, when forks would be better in addition. Then overcharged on the bill… Not the best experience, and was not too impressed over 10 years ago either…will not go back.
