This is a nice place to go when the staff are in a good mood and not arguing, or no teenagers shouting and screaming, which apparently is acceptable when there aren't too many customers. ?

First time in this Costa at Woodley on Monday and have to say that the service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, quick and efficient and service with a smile.

Firstly, I didn't know costa coffees are supposed to create an atmosphere for their customers (Google request an atmosphere rating)? It's a community based cafe with all sorts going in and out. It's clean, it has clean enough toilets considering how busy the staff are serving at busy times. The service is always ?. Friendly, a very efficient team, who always take their time helping people with allergy queries.Everything you need from a cafe.I just get frappes which I love. Better than other chains who add yucky sugary syrups. Costa just use ice, milk, espresso, and whipped cream. Dairy free version is yum. Love it. I've visited once or twice a week for two months. No complaints here.

The air-conditioning is blowing cold on the back and the staff said they cannot switch it off as they are not allowed. Ridiculous..

Great selection of food and drinks.However the staff is really unprofessional. You feel like the intruder when walkig there. You don't feel welcome there. I have seen for number of ocassiond customers queuing when all staff was in the kitchen at the same time.A few weeks ago after I placed order and my contactless payment failed twice. I have been told to leave the restaurant. Simply I have been told to get out. Not giving me even chance to use diferent payment method. I ignored that and inserted card on to the reader where payment with pin has been accepted.The people working in this Costa should go to another Costa location where they can learn how to be professional. I need to admit, that they know how to make coffee or warm up the sandwich. But they have no people skills.

Visiting this restaurant every weekend. Good selection of food and drinks. Staff makes you feel not very comfortable there. There is no good atmosphere in that restaurant, you simply don't feel really welcome there. There was one incident I was involved, when my contact less payment failed. I have been told in very rude way to leave the restaurant. I haven't been even asked to use another payment method. I ignored that and I put my card in to the reader and was able to complete the payment using my pin.

Whilst sitting in the establishment, we witnessed who we presume was the manager being rude to one of the team members in front of the customers, we found it to be very unprofessional and probably very embarrassing for the team member.
