Every single table was full of dirty plates even though the place was empty and staff were on duty. Not one normally to comment but this was pretty rank

Cafe which is not Asda could do with making the toasted sandwiches better. Apart from that it’s a great Asda

Bought mince pies from a huge pile to discover they were 11 days out of date.. collections take about half an hour to pick up. Shocking supermarket. Oh and they’ve just prioritised sorting each others scratch cards over serving queuing customers.Only positive is the opticians.

Went into the store to get a exchange a Xmas gift ... I queued along with 5 other people at the customer service desk for 20 minutes to eventually get told there was no one in store that was trained to do refunds or exchanges ... there was a chap getting parcels for customers but not once did he say there was no exchanges or refunds being dealt with he just watched the queue getting bigger ... poor management...

Asda in Patchway is one of the biggest and finest super market in the town, with huge variety of products, especially home items, kitchen utensils are abundantly available. I got my water purifier from there, which I searched in many of the supermarkets in town. I got it with reasonable price and it is working perfectly. One big benefit is the nearby bus stop which reduces our covey time. Overall a great experience I got from there, credit for the whole team.

Store entrance always smells like rotting egg. Toilets always smell like rotting sewage. Not exactly what you expect or want from a FOOD store.

5 star service goes to the fantastic service last night from one of the queens of the checkouts, Tracey - not only was it busy with us customers buying our Xmas shopping, but Tracey was helping her fellow colleagues who for some reason are not till trained! As for the checkout manager that's a big fat zero! No help for any of the team on the forefront.

Went in early in the morning to get a few things. We used scan and go, I used the scanner and my mum used her phone. We got to the checkout to scan our barcodes and hers completely disappeared, the young lady on front end gave no care in the world and the worst attitude saying that the phones always mess up. So my mum had to put her whole shopping through the other checkout which was a waste of time. The lady serving her was also really rude and gossiping with her colleague. Avoid using scan and go!

The smell is hurrendous and has been getting worse. It's a nasty, rotten smell, as soon as you walk through the main entrance and around that area. And this is where they expect people to buy their fresh food (particularly fruit and veg in that area). Asda really needs to sort this out otherwise people will shop elsewhere.

After phoning ahead to make sure that there were trollies for a toddler and a baby and confirming a few times that i meant a baby seat and a child seat, not the ones with 2 baby seats or 2 toddler/child seats, I was told that they had them. I got my 3 year old and 3 month old ready and drove over, but couldn't find one. So had to get the kids out the car and carry them and all my shopping bags in, queued at customer services to be told they don't have any! So basically turned away from a super market for having a toddler and a baby.

I would like to share my experience today. After 20 minutes in the queue i order 4 large pizzas. The worker let me know no any large pizza left only small. Should she let customer know we are run out large pizza. Also she run out other ingredients is well so can’t even make me small… shouldn’t be waste customer time something like this… so disappointed!!

Stuck at checkout for 30 mins. Only 3 in operation. No attempt to put more staff on. Disgusting. Won't be back.
