Went for Sunday lunch and I thought the beef was lovely, though for my husband it was too rare. The only option for my non beef eating daughter was grilled mackerel which was really nice but not very Sunday lunchy and didn’t pair well with the fantastic roast potatoes and veggies. My biggest gripe is that I had to waste the delicious garlic herb butter from my Atlantic prawn starter because I was told they don’t have bread on Sundays! Something about their bread being baked fresh daily and the person who makes it not working Sundays. I would suggest they rethink this no bread on sundays policy and offer something to soak up the butter because it was a real shame to waste it. On reflection I wish I’d popped to the shop over the road to buy some!

Went on a Sunday. Good menu and some very, very tasty dishes. But no bread on a Sunday as their preferred bakery doesn't bake -but it is definitely needed. Vegetables plentiful but not very good. Desserts fantastic. Finally whole dining room was too cold on a winter's day. But the positives far outweighed the negatives and a great wine list with a great atmosphere.

A restaurant that we wanted to visit for a long time, but we never found a table available for reservation. This time we succeeded and we were very excited. The food was delicious, as we expected it to be. However, there was a long delay from the appetizer to the main course (maybe because it was Friday night?).One of the things that unfortunately bothered us was the acoustics of the place, which created an unpleasant noise, while the people next to us did not speak particularly loudly, with the result that we could not relax with anything. Also, while the service was excellent, one particular waiter was particularly pushy to order other dishes and other drinks, he actually forcibly added the bread and oil to our order. Out of reaction, we didn't order another drink or dessert because it annoyed us. It doesn't seem nice for a store to try to force you to consume.

I had a lovely time at Bianchi's last month with my partner. We went out for dinner and I spent a great evening of delicious food, excellent wine and impeccable and warm service in this establishment. I recommend!
The square of bread just as I was finishing my pasta was a nice touch, thank you for squeezing me a last minute table.Food & service was wonderful

An intimate dining experience with friendly, professional and caring staff. Everything from the cocktails to the wine list is outstanding from the bar. The food is top notch and unsurprisingly one of our favourite fabulous restaurants. Bianchi's is not a cheap restaurant but worth a little extra. The restaurant is well laid out and a lovely environment to fit and enjoy your food, drink and amazing service. I feel it even surpasses the famous and original Bells Diner which was for so long a pull to Montpelier from other areas of Bristol.
