A few years ago now… but I used to walk here with my dog, Rascal, the girl in the cafe would always give him a sausage. Her kindness, the beautiful scenery settled what was at the time a tumultuous period.

Disgusting now you have to pay for parking. Cafe service is snail ? paceParking: Has been free to park there forever, now BCC have decided to pop parking meters in the car park!

Surprisingly good selection of food and drink but you might have to wait a bit. Staff are great ?
Nice little place to have a snack or tea and cake whilst visiting the Blaise Castle Estate. It is only small, but the staff are super friendly and the food is great quality. Plus quality coffee and tea brands. A few tables and chairs outside only. Next to the large play area. The food: bacon bap, sausage bap, paninis, sausage rolls, yummy cakes. Various drinks and packs of sandwiches.. etc...

We were recommended to visit the children’s play area and cafe whilst visiting the area. Both proved to be great recommendations The cafe was really smart, reasonably priced and with a good choice of food and drinks. In particular the choice of kids snacks and meal boxes, which included healthy options rather than just junk food. There’s a few tables to sit at, although not many unfortunately although maybe they put out more in the Summer. Would definitely recommend to others
