Beautifully crafted authentic Korea food from best quality ingredients! Specially love the pickles, mushrooms stone bowl and beef stew!

We ordered the Galbi beef short rib, cold buckwheat noodles, kimchi fried rice topped with an egg, Banchan and matcha tiramisu. This is the best meal I’ve had in Bristol in a while…I felt like everything was made with love. The side dishes were not the main star but I feel I could definitely devour them with a bowl of rice. The Galbi beef short rib was absolutely delicious, definitely my favourite with how soft the beef was. Staff were very nice and had some good recommendations, Im glad we followed them. Will definitely come back.

I have been reading about this place and was so excited to try their food-ordered takeaway and am not sure what the hype is about. Ordered the whole chicken stuffed with rice, the tongdak. For £19 I expected a regular sized chicken, instead the tiniest chicken that I have ever seen arrived, it was more like a poussin or Cornish game hen. This tiny chicken contained about a tablespoon and a half of rice. The rice was tasty but not really flavourful. The sauces were nice and the pickles were tasty but I struggled to get a mouthful of chicken that did not contain teeny tiny bones...? after wresting through a plate of tiny bones, I was excited for dessert and ordered the matcha tiramisu, the matcha was a nice addition and the marscapone was lovely but the ladyfingers underneath were bone dry as they had missed the soaking in coffee step. Having enjoyed lots of Korean BBQ in NYC was excited by authentic Korean food here in Bristol-and it looks like I’ll have to wait a little longer. A larger chicken for £19 is definitely needed!

Excellent meal. Bit of a limited menu, but everything sounded yummy, and we still struggled to pick.We opted for 1 main to share, the Monkfish, huge serving which tasted amazing, although the amount of monkfish could have been upped a bit. We also had the stuffed chilli's, which were also great. More than enough food I think.Would have loved to try more things, so will return again.Service was excellent, and food arrived quickly. The venue was tiny, also make sure you try and get seats upstairs, downstairs would be like an oven. The mains were pricey (but everything is now), but high quality.

Very expensive for what the portions are, flavour profile is mediocre, food not authentic either. Fish was over cooked. Staff very friendly however, and great music!!Vegetarian options: Some main meals have vegetarian alternatives - so with meat removed, or no egg, for cheaper too.

Amazing restaurant, small but well-honed menu with some amazing flavours. Instantly one of our favourites.Pardon the lack of pictures, it was all so good we ate most of it before we remembered to take a picture.

Tiny place but really buzzing atmosphere. Small plates like a tapas menu. The five of us ordered all the small plates and more than one of a lot of them. All really tasty. We all intend to return.

Great little Korean restaurant. A lovely selection of small and larger plates. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to talk through the menu and gave recommendations when we asked. There is also a great cocktail menu, as well as a selection of wines, beers, and ciders.Dietary restrictions: Items are labelled as being gluten free, but many contain soy sauce. The staff were happy to indicate which dishes only contained gluten from soy sauce (which some may find acceptable).

A great evening with friends. A new experience for us. Friendly team.good food for sharing and we all agreed this is a good place for a group and options if it's a smaller group. The table is time limited. The staff were great at explaining the food, which was very tasty and well presented. OK, it is Korean for a western palate, but that made the evening inclusive.

Popped in with a mate as we used to frequent the previous bar at this address (Zito & Bevi), I'd not tried Korean food before but wanted to give it a go - the meal was absolutely 10/10 delicious. Each plate had such a variety of flavours and each was so unique and flavoursome! Can highly recommend

Seated in a hot cramped basement room hosting 20ish people when only comfortable for 10 at most, which as well as being uncomfortable also makes it incredibly loud. No menus at the table instead written on the wall blocked by someone eating, no cutlery laid out instead told it was in a drawer inside our table which was inaccessible as we had already sat down. Horrendously overpriced food given the portion size (£15 for around 100g of pork and 3 seaweed wraps) which is considered a large plate? I didn’t fancy the small plate items some of which were being served in literal ramekins. Mine eventually came out 20 minutes after my partners by which time she had already eaten hers. £12.50 for a glass of wine and £6 for a can of beer and not enough food to leave either of us satiated. Safe to say we won’t be returning

Tiny, cramped, joyous Korean restaurant hidden away from the main road. Food is always excellent - I worked as a chef for years and can usually read through a menu and know what’s what but this place always surprises me. One of my favourite restaurants in Bristol right now :)
