Last two times I’ve gone there it’s been horrible! I didn’t even eat the last burger just didn’t taste right atol, I prefer imperial park Burger King, always taste nice. Won’t be eating at the galleries again.

Staffs are really bad. They always serve cold food at least 20 minutes after the preparation. Food quality is also bad. Staffs, soecifically two beard guys, look like they reluctant to do any jobs. Food and tabkes both are
I sat down and was waiting for my order when a cleaning woman made her way towards me and demanded that I changed seats. I'm not sure why I had to move because there was no sign saying i couldn't sit there. I moved anyway because she had a brush in her hand and looked as if she was ready to use it!.

Busy place as its in a high footfall dining area. Highly productionised and electronic board gives your order number which you see moving up the queue. Not sure how a burger bar can have atmosphere! Yes its very noisey inside and out. Whoppa deal with regular coffee and fries £9 strikes me as too high for a quick bite. Coffee nice, burger very light on mayo but I guess you ask for more if thats your thing. Fries repeated on me the next day. I was sick the next day but probably a coincidence. Started to get stomach cramps prior to visit. People complain of slow service but this is very busy and kitchen was well staffed. Quicker to get served in person than using display. Order asap and know what you want before arrival.
