Absolutely terrible Burger King restaurant and definitely not ‘Fast Food’.I ordered a Burger, Fries and a drink, which I thought would be a quick and simple meal to prepare especially for a fast food restaurant with Burger in its name, but clearly not.After a 50mins wait, 5 cancelled customer orders, 13 other customer orders being fulfilled before my order despite being ordered after, my order arrived and it wasn’t worth the wait.Save yourself the disappointing wait and go to KFC next door, they understand the meaning of ‘Fast Food’.

I would give - stars if I could! I ordered a plant based meal, when I was given my order the staff said “plant based right?” And started giggling along with other staff.. I ate about half before noticing it was real meat, I then broke out in an allergic reaction..Vegetarian options: Do NOT order

Waited 30 minutes for 2 large fries which we never recieved.. tried to get a refund but there was a queue for refunds. Spoke to some other customers who had been waiting for a refund for 45 minutes!!
