Booked for New Year’s Eve with friends, as the menu looked good value for four courses & welcome drink. The restaurant was full with a good atmosphere and despite the place being so busy, service was prompt and friendly. Our food was excellent, with good choice for the vegetarians in our group too. We’ve eaten in several Côtes around the country but today’s service was the best out of them all. Our Hungarian member of staff was spot on. The food was simple & delicious. Our family lunch was the perfect respite and a busy shopping day for them all. Would recommend & will return.

Perfect experience. We sheltered from the rain and had lunch. Really welcoming. Barbara (I think), was so professional and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The lunch menu was great value. Visiting from Cornwall, we will definitely return when here again.
