Very nice ambiance. Loved their service. Really friendly staffs.This café is definitely a good place for getting some work done with optimum noise in background.Loved the croissant with ham and cheese. ?The bathroom can get a bit less accessible when crowded as there's only one.

I'm reviewing the one on Whiteladies Rd in Bristol, UK (it's a chain, perhaps based in Milan?). Handsome comfortable welcoming space and service. Nice packaged food arrays and fresh pastry variety. Several clean new restrooms (better than Starbuck's usual only one). The coffee I tried didn't pop but in fairness they do have single origin for 30 pence extra and I didn't do that. Overall, a good place, less frenetic and business-like than SB.

Walked in as all other places weren’t open until 11/12! We popped in and was impressed by the customer service from the barista (make grey hat, curly hair) and the lady with the red hair and glasses! Quickly made our drinks, and served our food. We clearly arrived just before the rush, and the queue behind us disappeared quickly! Very impressed they didn’t seem phased at all. Definitely definitely be back! Thank you guys for showing that customer service does still exist....read full review
