I sat in the coffee shop for over an hour. In that time not one member of staff cleared the dirty mugs and plates off my table from the previous customers. ?

Lovely mega hot latte.

Really nice drink and cake but atmosphere lacked as it is not separated much from the shopping displays, better if screened off a little felt like sat in

First time ever at Cafe Nero, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean area
Great coffee, only criticism is time waiting to be served, more than one staff serving would be beneficial.

My favourite coffee shop in Bristol central.

Weds 10th May. Lunchtime 13.00hrs I’d like to write this review to recognise the hard working team. Friendly welcome, great food and spotlessly clean. Staff seen cleaning handrails and ‘touch’ areas as well as thorough cleaning of tables and chairs. A very pleasant lunch break here today. Thank you.

This Caffè nero is really nice, the food was lovely and the staff were very polite although I didn't see any toilets but there probably Is, but I would definitely go again.
