WOW! A friend and I visited the Caper and Cure on 8/3/24. Can honestly say it was the best seafood we'd ever eaten. River trout, hake, scallops, and oysters are all amazing. Service was impeccable. We will definitely be back.

Yummy Sunday roasts! The nut roast is the best I’ve ever had. And that dessert - I would eat 10 of those if I could haha!

Meal was ok -6 of us dined but all dishes were way too rich with very little to cut through the richness. Very little contrast on my duck dish -Food sat heavy (in a really bad way). It’s strong money for what it is in my opinion.

Second visit and nothing has changed, which is delightful news. Went early this time, but still a great atmosphere and staff are great. I had a cocktail to start which was perfect and followed with Ox tougne and then lamb rump, both dishes were extremely tasty. Washed down with a reasonably priced Pinot Noir. Atmosphere buzzy, staff friendly, totally recommend

I don't often feel compelled to write a review for meals out but I am doing so this time because the dinner I had last night was exceptional.We shared delicious starters of oysters and beef croquettes, main course was a beautifully cooked bavette and a pudding of pistachio creme brule.Lovely friendly service, a wide wine list and great atmosphere.I will definitely be back.
