I was so pleased when Catleys opened in Clifton as I’ve devoured many almond croissants from the sister shop, lockdown loaves. The best flakey pastries I’ve had in Bristol, anything I’ve had since doesn’t compare. Great coffee and decor and staff always chatty and friendly. My no.1 spot when guests are visiting as it’s such a treat.

I really love this cafe. My favourite pastries are the cinnamon swirls and I love the scotch eggs. Best scotch eggs I have ever tried. They’re always very friendly and smiley and make consistently great coffee. They’re also dog friendly which is always a plus for us. Love the pinky/orange aesthetic and the extra buzz its presence has brought to the area.?
