I've just been into costa and the two lads in charge of serving and making the drinks were super friendly, helpful and fast with getting peoples orders taken and distributed. I will definitely be going back.
Just had a tea and sarnie at this location. Spent about 30mins there. Drinks, food and atmosphere all as to expected.I was served by Tom. His customer service, attitude and enthusiasm are excellent. Hopefully Costa are aware of just how far his performance exceeds the vast majority of his colleagues in any other branch I’ve visited.Well done and many thanks Tom
