Arrived at 6.30pm on 28th March and all 3 members of bar staff were making cocktails for a small amount of people the other end of the bar. Rest of bar was empty apart from the two of us and the wait became a tad painful. We were very patient but it started to get a bit silly, it seemed to take forever to get served. We eventually got drinks and met up with friends towards the front of the building. Ordered food away from the traditional tables (big couches). I ordered the cassoulet, which was basically a duck leg, lots of sauce and 6 (yes I counted them), broad beans. Such a dish should have been on a bed of them. It was shown as a signature dish in the centre of the menu and wasn't cheap. I was still hungry when I finished. No-one came to check what we thought of the food as no-one seemed to give a sh%t. Although the flavour of the sauce was good, this was hands down the worst cassoulet I've ever had. Oh and I had a loose bowel movement within 30mins of eating it. Cheers for that. We all went on to a nearby Indian for more food.

Came with my boyfriend for our anniversary and while the food was incredible, Grace was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely and friendly and made our visit that much better (also loved her outfit!)

Amazing location for breakfast ?

Where do I start:1. The Darkness. We sat at a table so dark I thought we were in the DC Universe. We asked a waitress if she could tell someone to make the lights abit brighter but to no avail. Seriously it was almost as Dark as the Comedy Central Roast Of Justin Bieber .2. Bread. People the Bread was so hard and not sliced properly I honestly thought you guys kept it from the Last Supper. My wallet was the one betrayed on this occasion. I can see why there is a verse in the bible that says "man cannot live on bread alone" after 2 bites I felt like I had just been in a boxing match with Deontay Wilder.3. Disappointment. Cosy Club did not deliver on this occasion. I haven't been this disappointed since my country lost to Zimbabwe in the AFCON qualifiers or when I watch Arsenal try to defend or even play a decent game of football. I'm sure you guys have had better days but just not today. I will end this review by saying in the words of J. Cole "I know you were made for me but darling don't you wait for me cause I can see the promise land but I can't do no promising".I wish you guys well.

Super location, quick and professional service, shame about the menu, burgers and little else, overly elaborate cocktails, there would be potential, but.. I would also recommend changing the settings on Maps, as it appears like a hotel..

Popped in before and it was nice - but the dining area at the back (booking recommended!) is so much nicer than the front! Lovely food, friendly staff.

These grand premises used to be a banking hall. Excellent venue for a meal and/or drinks, but also for a private drinks party with snacks (even though Google seems to think it is a hotel). Staff all very helpful in making the arrangements and looking after the guests on the night. Would recommend and use again.Noteworthy details: It isn't a hotel, Google!
