I just don’t like restaurants adding a discretionary service charge without telling us upfront. They already charged my card and when I asked for the receipt, lo and behold, an optional discretionary charge was added without even giving me a warning. This practice should be frowned upon in the UK and should not be normalised. I am never coming back. And btw, food is mid. Only the fried chicken is passable.

Poorest restaurant service ever!Told me would take my order and never did ! Ended up going to counter. Ordered and 5 pieces of chicken for £8.80! Wi-Fi also not working. No tissues on table. Rice on table. Clearly not clean.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Service was great and everything was very reasonably priced.

Second time visiting after a long period and still a great place to eat. Fresh, quality, delicious food. Highly recommended.

Lovely waiting staff, but the food was clearly all cooked from frozen and the beef (bogogli) was actually vile and the fried chicken was dry af. Like in the kitchen you can’t see no one actually cooking hahaha. It’s not super expensive but not cheap - but nothing about it is authentic Korean food. Kimchi and seaweed salad were good though. Plus no shade to Britney but it was a bit weird having Born to make you happy BLASTING ful vol while in an korean restaurant for date night lmao

I really enjoyed my meal here. We didn't have a booking but were well looked after and the food was delicious.

Execution of the food could use some work - belly was quite tough; fries were under salted and under sauced and the dumplings were not prepared well making the fact that they were cooked from frozen feel like a rip off.Would recommend the tofu soup, the Tteokguk and the corn dog (lol). Get a fruit soju and have some PoktanjusDefo work the visit for the novelty of the food and the atmosphere.

The food is quite good, we liked everything we ordered, the portions are fair, not very large but rich in flavor. The waiters are friendly. The only fault that they should improve is that the place smells closed, of old wood and cooking odors, the floor is disgusting, sticky, your feet get stuck with every step, they should clean and ventilate the place enough.

Food was horrible. I ordered a tofu soup and it was like the leftover of a ramen soup. The soup came with a tiny bit of tofu, some egg drop and some garnishing, that was it! The grilled pork belly was overcooked and came slightly warm. They were so chewy and so hard to pull apart. For a main and a rice, it costed us £9. Will not be back ever.

Had dinner with friends here. We expected authentic Korean food but did not find it here. Quality is good, but did not taste spicy enough as Korean food would. Corndog was just normal corndog.

Fantastic food! I would eat the fried cauliflower every day if I could. My partner ordered the same fried chicken (sweet and spicy is the best according to him) both times we had food here, it's that good. Also, the lemonades were surprisingly delicious as well, very refreshing.

Tried their chicken dumplings and koreon fried chicken. I absolutely enjoyed it.(It'd be great if they added tteokbokki to the menu as well).
