Pros: always delicious pizza!?Cons: waited over 20 minutes for two large pizzas, even though we were the only ones in the establishment. Even when the screen indicated that our order was ready, we continued waiting for another 10 minutes. Very difficult to find parking!

Nobody on the till to take your order when you walk in, I've been stood here 10 minutes now as I type this review. You simply get ignored as they crack on with the pizzas coming in via the app. Terrible service.EDIT: Another 10 minutes pass. Just been asked if the pizza on the shelf is mine for collection. No I'm here to order. Staff member proceeds to turn around and carry on putting the boxes waiting to go in a straight line. Very helpful, Cheers!

Call to make a order today spoke to a lady on the phone who ask me if I could order online explain to her I only had cash and wanted to pay in shop she then took my order and name send my son to pick my oder was turn away cause they dont take cash any more when I call up to ask why that wasn't said to me when I made my order was rudely spoken to up and phone was hang up on me customer service at its worst plz sort it out

The food was spot on, service not so good. When I was served I wasn’t given my complete order. It then turned out it was not ready when it should have been. Only stopped in this one as I was travelling home.

I stood there approximately 40 min just waiting to place an order just to be told I can physically place an order I wonder was just me who has to do online or everybody.And also the staff definitely not polite.

A full 3.5 hours from order until getting food. I ended up going to collect it as they were incapable of delivering or calling me. Despite claims of road closures and traffic, I made it to them in 11 min, including time to pay for parking (and 8 min on the return journey). When I got there, they had prepped fresh pizza, but they did try to hand me the chicken from the "hot bag" that had been put in there at least 1.5 hrs earlier. They should not have been taking orders if they were so understaffed - I was told an hr in that there was only 1 person in branch and 1 delivering. The app updates are all fictional as it showed my order as being out for delivery, but when I called after 35 minutes, got told it had been out for 17 minutes. The longest I have ever waited for any takeway delivery (even though I had to collect it) and it was a Friday lunchtime, so it was not exactly peak time.

Waited a hour already for my pizza, still hasn’t arrived I’ve rang the store the most unhelpful staff and worst customer service. AVOID if you want delivery easier to pick up !!

Spent around £35 2 hours and it Didn't arrive and the shop was very unhelpful and were very rude when I called the first 3 times to ask where my food was, then several more times to ask for refund, which the shop hasn't said whether or not I'll get the money refunded

Yeah don’t bother. Your pizza won’t turn up and its easier to get an appointment with an NHS dentist than a refund.

The food took over an hour and 15 minutes to arrive (despite what the app said) and when it did the food was cold and dips were missing. The store staff on the phone were short and rude. I don't expect much from a fast food takeaway but this was extremely poor.

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered a pizza last night and it never arrived been trying to contact the store to arrange a refund but they don’t answer.

Avoid this place. The staff are rude. None of them wants to talk to the customers in the shop. It took 10 minutes to speak to someone and say it’s collection. Not again.
