Ordered a couple of pizzas on the app at 5.15pm last night, on the two for Tuesday deal, which is excellent value. The pizzas arrived at 5.38pm which was brilliant. Unfortunately they were both undercooked and doughy. I called the store via the app and was answered by someone who said they would call back in 2 minutes but 20 minutes later I was still waiting. So I called back again and was passed to a manager who resent two new pizzas, that were both okay but I have to say that they were not as good or as tasty as any other Domino's that I have ordered from. So disappointing all round really. Rating them based solely on this particular food and customer service experience, I feel that a 3 star rating is both a generous and fair reflection.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are catered for.

Put in a complaint about a lunchtime delivery of 8 pizzas on the 5th July . It looked like the pizzas had been thrown around / toppings all over the inside of the box and pizzas folded over. No acknowledgment from the restaurant since then. Head office have also been contacted who have passed back to the franchise to deal with, and of course, nothing more heard since. Before you respond to this review to ask me to contact you to resolve this matter, please review the existing complaint in hand and deal with this responsibly
Avoid completely - food was running seriously late. Multiple disconnected phone calls with 5 minute waits, eventually get through only to be told it will another 30 minutes.Asked for a refund and got hung up on.Would be give minus points if i could. Its dominos, its not fancy, how are you messing this up.

UPDATE: waited over 2 hours an never received food. And before somebody replies to this asking me to post more info on a website, take this as review enough.Took over an hour and half to get food. Couldn't even get in touch with the shop to enquire about the order they happily took the money for. Awful service. Don't even bother.

Ordered a delivery at 11.13pm, still waiting at 01.16 and they are not answering their phone! Absolute joke as we had to get food elsewhere and no explanation or refund!

2 hours late on Boxing Day ! The branch was two streets away. I couldn’t pick up as I had pneumonia and was very sick….The driver couldn’t even speak enough English to communicate where he was … he kept telling me he was outside when he clearly wasn’t . I told him numerous times to come to the door but he kept hanging up … 20 mins later I ring and he tells me he’s on his way… then he’s outside … we repeat this like 5 times so he clearly lied and I think it’s so the branch can put on their system that they’ve delivered the pizza within a certain time … just to hit their delivery time target !The manager ended up delivering the pizza in the end .. freezing cold 2 hours late and the driver then tried to blame me !? How about take responsibility for your own lack of communication and lateness instead of getting defensive and blaming customers . I’ve taken this higher up and I’m still waiting for a refund I was promised from Baldwin street. This was fro Boxing Day 2022…. Poor service ! Avoid this store !
