They still refuse to refund me for a product which I paid for and was not delivered.Pizza was advertised as taking 25 minutes for delivery however the order took 90 minutes. I had to call the store multiple times to get them to actually deliver the order. When it finally arrived one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. The store have refused to provide a refund and have just offered a 'free pizza' on my next order which is not even free as I would have to pay for delivery again. I also do not see how being forced to shop at this store again is compensation.They failed to deliver the correct product in the advertised time. I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Rights Act as this store took payment for a product that was not provided.If you order from this Domino's expect to be charged full price, regardless of what product is actually delivered or when it shows up.Do not be fooled into thinking they have good service because the reply to reviews here. This is just an attempt to look good - in reality they will refuse to offer compensation outside of the publicly view-able reviews.

Very disappointed with domino’s pizzaI tried lots of time domino’s but this time was I am thinking why I order domino’s specially I told them make it spicy and crispy but in the pizza no salt no spicy and pizza looks like pathetic. Sorry but this is not done specially by domino’

Awful service every time. Sadly as the only place open later we are forced to use this as a last resort. You will order to collect and then when you go to pick it up simply be ignored by everybody at the front. I spoke to the man at the desk and he just stared at me, then went on to answer the phone while completely disregarding my presence. After his phone call he just turned around and started making a pizza without even acknowledging me. This is not the first time this has happened and this needs to change. I have never met such rude staff in all my experience in hospitality.

Just collected quite possibly the worse pizza I have ever had from dominoes on Whiteladies Road. The toppings were basically still raw, the cheese was barely melted. It didn't look or taste like a finished pizza at all. Very disappointing. I'd have done better to pick one up in Sainsbury's.

Received my order and all of the sides were wrong. I immediately called the branch and, after explaining, the manager put me on hold (hoping I’d just end the call). I called back and the manager answered the phone and said he’d give me a full refund - just to get rid of me. It’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund. Awful service! Order at your own risk!

Do not order from this store!! Not the first time I’ve had problems with these guys. Never received my order which was for pick up. They said it didn’t exist even though I gave them the order number. After 45 minutes I phoned the store, staff were very rude and pretty much hung up on me. Still haven’t got a refund after 3 complaints. Save yourself the hassle!

This particular domino’s doesn’t put enough cheese on your pizza. I believe the franchise owner is doing this as a cost cutting measure.The pizza basically comes with no cheese at all, it’s just terrible and it’s happened every time we have ordered recently. They have lost a customer.
