Excellent ! Pleasant service. And right next to the station... what's more!

We loved the food, drinks and service. The room is comfortable and not too noisy even when full. 4 different meals including a vegan and vegetarian and all diners were very happy. We’ll definitely come back soon. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Always a pleasure to eat at Don Giovanni's. Food delicious as always, you must try the giant freshwater prawns tossed in linguine! Washed down with a bottle of Nero d'Avola, perfect! The service is fantastic as always. Will be back very soon.

Had Lasagne here, was without a doubt the best I've ever had, staff were friendly and prompt, lovely meal.

The exterior, and location (opposite Temple Meads station), does not do justice to what you will experience inside. We have had many meals over the years, and in many countries, but the food is up there with the very best we have ever had, the staff (both front of house and chefs) are brilliant, and the value for money for quality of the food is difficult to get your head around. A gem of a place.

Stumbled upon this excellent Italian restaurant while in Bristol for a business trip from London. Fabulous tasting food, huge portions, excellent attentive service...and great value for money !! Would 100% recommend ??

Really nice place to celebrate special occasions or just come for delicious meal. We went there to celebrate anniversary as we read and heard really good reviews about this place. And it was honestly one of the best Italian restaurants I have tried so far. The food portions was very generous and really delicious starter main and dessert was just out of this world. I had tuna steak and my BF had seafood pasta. We had meat platter for starter and for desert we had tiramisu (my favourite dessert). We also had bottle of white wine to go with our meal. Prices was a bit higher, but the it definitely was worth it, there is also service charge. But overall very pleasant experience with chilled and slightly romantic vibe.

Visited here with my partner and though we didn't have a reservation we managed to get a seat, so would recommend booking a table in advance. The food is just lovely and can't be faulted. We will definitely be coming again.

We came for a pre-Christmas treat and what a treat it was! We have been before and had some idea of what to expect but we were blown away by the sheer quality and quantity of the food and the overall dining experience. There's an impressive choice of starters and mains on offer both from the main menu and the specials board and the biggest problem was narrowing down our choice. We settled on the Sicilian fennel sausages served with a chutney to die for and a balsamic salad. On their own you could have ended the meal quite happily there. Superb and yet we had to request a doggy bag as we knew we would not have room for what was to come. My wife followed with the sirloin stroganoff with a risotto accompaniment. Tender and smooth with lashings of creamy mushroom and peppercorn sauce. She ate the lot but had to loosen her belt to do so. Mine was the fillet Rossini from the main menu and I was absolutely gobsmacked by the size, quality and tenderness of my steak. Topped with a tasty pate and steeped in a succulent sauce full of cepes and served with a disc of fried bread it was a feast on its own and I really didn't need the impressive tray of vegetables that came with it. Needless to say we had no room for deserts but maybe next time. We washed it down with a reasonably priced bottle of house white and our total bill just topped the £100 mark. This restaurant is a gem and long may it continue. Staff are friendly, attentive and totally on point. No rush, no fuss and just what you'd hope for. We'll be back asap!
