We ordered from Flamers Star through deliveroo this evening. It predicted the arrival time to be 7:25, at 7:40 we had not received our order and we rang multiple times with no response. We contacted deliveroo at 8pm and they were not able to get through to them either. Eventually at 8:10, we got through to someone who said that our food would be 10 mins. we have had a few deliveries and the food was good and delivered on time but the last order never turned up we waited 2hrs and could not get the shop to answer phone and hopefully we can get refund from uber
