Dont be suprised when you see F&Bs going out of business in the UK market in couple of years. Shameful practices and worst service ive ever seen. First of all, if you plaster a promotion all over your windows, i will demand that, i dont care about fine print where you hide all the details. Then the waiters literally spitting to your face like you are their friends. Shame, just shame. I will be enjoying reading your demise in the news!

Asked for extra cheese, and charged for extra cheese. (The common assumption is that there wouldn't be a charge for this request, and I was not told there was a charge).Calzone had almost no cheese. Absolutely gutted.Worse still, also ordered a burger with no cheese, but wasn't given a credit for the cheese not used.Other than that, the service was quick and friendly, and the food was good.

Very impressed, we arrived with me on a mobility scooter and the host was excellent and finding us a safe spot for my scooter and getting us seated comfortably. Im glad we booked as there were people queueing out the door. Food was excellent and best up of coffee Ive had anywhere!!! Only thing that let it down was the lack of a mirror in the disabled loo.

We came in Saturday(yesterday) on the off chance there was a big enough table, we were worried when we saw how busy it was but that really didn’t affect the wonderful food and service we received! All the staff were lovely and friendly but I wanted to highlight the young girl who served us, she was fairly tall with a blonde strip in her hair. We were out with my (fussy) parents who had a lot of questions about the menu and we were all very impressed by how she could answer all questions without hesitation, she really knew her stuff. She is a credit to your restaurant she made us all feel very special while being polite, professional and having a good sense of humour! It was lovely to see someone genuinely enjoying their job with a constant smile even dealing with tricky customers like us! The food was delicious and everybody cleared their plates and we even treated ourselves to desserts. Thank you all very much, we’ll definitely be back!

One of my favourite restaurant chains! It's a shame they've closed so many of them down! When we saw it open, we just couldn't resist going in!Gotta try the Garlic Pizza Bread for your starters!Staff were very friendly!Will definitely be back next time I'm in Bristol!

My grandmother fell ill at Cabot Circus today, and Lee at Frankie & Benny’s Cabot Circus went out of his way to help my Nan into the restaurant, stayed with her when she collapsed and ensured the medics and ambulance were called. Lee was absolutely amazing. What a lovely man. He even walked my grandmother to the taxi, hand under her arm to ensure she was safe and ok. We can’t thank Lee enough for what he did today. He went out of his way to be kind and help my grandmother today, and we really want to thank him for his help

Great dinner experience here. First time trying Italian pasta and I was not disappointed.I and my partner had the arrabiata pasta with smoked chicken in hot sauce. We asked for the pasta to be really spicy and it was good. The food came early and was hot.I had the Frankie's punch and my partner had Budweiser. Our server was polite also. We had the brownies and ice cream dessert and let me dare say it was the best I've had. The brownie was warm together with the ice cream just melted beautifully in my mouth.The ambience was nice and neat.Definitely recommend.
Another great meal from this restaurant. Had the garlic bread for starter and classic cheese burger and chips for main. Always great value for money.

Ate there last night and the food was delicious! Really good quality. Waitress was lovely. The evening menu offers were not on the table, so may need to be asked for - we only knew about them as we looked at the menu outside. Overall brilliant experience. Clean plates for me and the kids. Hughly

The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and seated us,a warm welcome.However when he then passed us over to a waitress,who took our order,my mum then said actually can I change my order (whilst she was noting it down). She replied "well quick,the kitchen work fast?"...Fast? We then waited 30 Mins for our order,and it was awful. We just wanted to leave as the waitress was so arrogant. When we got the bill she has added other meals on. It took us ages to pay the bill as she was so disorganised, no customer service. Infact she did not even actually look at us properly during the whole time So despite the welcome,the rest was absolutely awful.

Visited this over the weekend and left utterly disappointed. The food was painfully mediocre, service at its worst!When we politely inquired about the delay in our order, the waiter snidely remarked, "This isn't McDonald's."As if that wasn’t enough, when we returned an hour after our meal to use the restroom, we were rudely told it wasn’t available for us. Never going back. Would give zero stars if we could!
