Went with my family, and I must say that it was a shocking experience, the staff was rude, the food was terrible and the atmosphere felt so deflated that I might as well have been at a morgue.the staff was ridiculous they over complicated when ordering, over challenged when it came to allergies, and ultimately crated a alkward eveningDietary restrictions: They give you a tablet for your allergies but even when you put the filter in it dosnt help one bit and your staff are over sensitive to this topic it made my family feel strange and uncomfortable for having allergiesKid-friendliness: Staff was rude and unhelpful to the people next to us with kids

I think this restaurant is a wee bit letdown, sorry to say, the music is far to loud, not that clean and we had to wait quite a bit to pay, feeling was we been ignored, food was OK, but not exactly hot, but we will not eat there again.....Wheelchair accessibility: access for weehlchairs a bit tricky

Arrived on time 8pm as per booking over 24 hours in advance. Spent half an hour or so wasting time at the bar, before anyone finally got to us and offered us a table that was booked.Thenbthe real game begane. Ordered to over priced 26 pound ramp stakes I could of bought at the local asda fo £ 10 with pepper corn sauce, as well as some cheese nacos for starter with no chilly papers, 10mins later got the starter of nacos coverd in chilly pepers witch we asked for it not to have on it. We let that go. Then few mins later we get one stake meal come out with no pepper corn sauce on it as we ordered. We sat waiting on the other meal to arrive so we could eat, as they said it would be right out.15 minutes later we are still waiting on the second meal to arrive. In the end had to leave a cold meal on the table and leave still without being servered the second meal with one cold meal in front of us. What an over priced waste of time.

We went on a Saturday night, and although it was busy, our server (Melodie) made sure we had everything we needed and was very chatty and friendly, as well as helpful. we were celebrating an 18th birthday and had a lovely birthday song and desert for her. Lovely food and quick service. Will definitely be going back.

Really good for gluten free options. Have been lots of times and never had an issue with cross contamination.Dietary restrictions: Really good with gluten free. Have a good understanding of coeliac disease and have never had an issue with cross contamination
