Hugely popular Thai restaurant with an impressive reputation for fine Thai food. The service is charming and impeccable, and judging from the din made by happy customers, the atmosphere is convivial. I have to declare that I'm not a huge fan of oriental cuisine, so I have compromised with 4 stars for food I didn't particularly enjoy, but which everyone else did.

ordered giggling squid on deliveroo and it was delicious! slightly pricey (20£+ for a main and side) but deliveroo had some discounts. the salt and pepper squid was a highlight for me, chilli sauce wasn’t exactly thai sweet chilli but it worked with the crispy and flavourful squid. pad thai was ok, i would get something else the next time but it had an intense smoky flavour

We had a lovely weekend lunch at the Giggling Squid. They have a special lunch menu with tapas, tapas sets and favourites, as well as the main menu.We plumped for the lunch menu, I had a range of tapas and my partner went for a lunch set. The food was really tasty, fresh and presented well. There wasn't a dish we didn't enjoy.
