We came for a birthday meal with family. The food was fine apart from my wife's celeriac which was not fully cooked. However this was deducted from the bill. When I went to pay I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip.I agreed and this was added ro the bill. However I hadn't realised that some had already been added to the bill. So when I got home and saw this I was disappointed

We were a group of 8 friends who were looked after by a lovely lady called Beth. She explained what 2 dishes were unavailable from the beginning which is always helpful. We had all 3 courses and we were all very impressed. Good portions, well presented and delicious. Beth was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful when it came to splitting our bill up into 4 couples. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and very cosy. We had a perfect evening, we were not rushed and Beth looked after us very well. We will definitely be back. Thank you Beth.
