Always asked if I want to donate a pound to children in need. I don't generally mind but it's twice a day daily. And I feel I can't say no so currently donating 10er a week. But I think they shouldn't ask there is a box on the counter already for people who want to to donate. Somebody might not be able to afford it and feel they have too I donate to other charities too so don't really want to add to my outgoings

Horrible staff threw out a customer for letting the staff know they have been robbed. They didn’t like the way he spoke. He was a lovely black man and how your staff treated him was racist. I even said all he did was inform you that you have been robbed and you throw him out? This is disgusting behaviour from the staff. The lady with neck tattoos was the one to throw him out. Very vile display to greggs customers I hope more gets stolen as this shops staff deserve it

I travel an hour to work in Bristol and usually arrive around 6am and often make the 15 minute walk to Greggs Victoria St for a bacon roll and coffee to start my day.Sadly all too frequently I have to walk on past Greggs because they seem to struggle to open on time at 6:30am, sometimes with a sign on the door saying they’re opening 1/2 hour late or more.So I keep on going to Pret who never seem to have a problem.Such a shame as when they do manage to open as advertised, the staff and food are lovely and it is such great value. For most people a later opening time wouldn’t be a problem but I just don’t have time to hang around that long. And the odd once or twice could be forgiven but this happens far too often hence only 2 stars I’m afraid
