Absolutely disgusting customer service. I'm in the queue for 10 minutes waiting to be served and they completely ignore me and serve someone who just walked in. Never going there again.

I go here most days for a caramel latte, they have great customer service which I really appreciate and they always say "I hope you have a good rest of your day" that always puts a positive spin on my day <3 so thank you :D I will be going here again, as often as I can! :)
