Says its open until 6pm but at 5:20 they put a member of staff on the door stopping customers from entering. Maybe change your opening times and let people enter until you are closed, especially when I could clearly see plenty of baked goods ready and on display.

Great little place. Good food. The staff are terrible. Queue out of the door and the girl with a mole on her eye, decided to have a chat and eat with her friend at the door from the dining area. Get rid of her.

What s wrong with heating up my sandwiches a little bit if it has salad? I don t want it cold and the others that can be heated are simple and plain ?

I went to get a coffee and a paste bake. I was pouring milk into my coffee and it fell on the floor so James the supervisor cleaned it up and gave me another coffee. James was good and had good customer service. .

Greggs( next door to closed down Debenhams Department store ) and before Primark ( On the same side as Primark) and opposite Burger King and Cosmetic Republic) and bus stop ie, number 6 bus etc close by. The Horsefair, Bristol. Sat down to eat and drink, floor full of crumbs, table/s not wipe down/ sanitised, bin where waste goes, full .Some water or some kind of fluid , left in a small puddle on the floor, (health and safety ) . Worker at the end of the till constantly shouting out next, even when there was only one customer at the counter . He was so irritating, he sounded like he was on a stall in a market selling goods. I couldn't relax because of his constant shouting out next.

Asked for a bacon bap and said no to sauce, she then continues to put sauce in the bap. I questioned it and she started to moan behind the counter to another member of staff saying "you should say no thank you to sauce" thinking that I can't hear the immature little girl. I will not be going back here or any Gregg's stores in the future, not the first problem I've had.

The lovely supervisor Dan helped me with my order and guided me to making a selection of a vegan sausage roll. He was very polite and the store was very clean. I couldn't sing his praises higher. The rest of the staff were cheery and welcoming. All around very good, professional experience, I hope to be served by him again.

Couldn't eat this as tastes only of over-strong sage mixed with sweet cranberry - all in a cream-like sauce. What a mess!
Love greggs but bring sausage rolls back to 80p!
I mean, a greggs is a greggs - but the opening hours are wrong. If you turn up before 7 they're closed
