Be careful when you paying ,they charge you from 30p to £1 if you paying by card ask for receipt, they want to charge me extra 70p. its a scam ....

I have come in the store today and I have to say the manager B is excellent with her customer service. I came in to buy a vegan sausage roll and she warned me it wasn’t hot enough and offered to put in a new batch for me.I am really appreciative for this kind of customer service!

I just want to say that B the manager of this store is a beautiful person and this store is lucky to have her! I had an issue this morning with the card machine and she was nothing but helpful and smiley. The world needs more B’s!!! ❤️ So much love for people with this level of kindness.

Food cold more often than not. Literally never open. Closes in the middle of the day for the rest of the day with no reason. So irritating

This site is never open when it’s suppose to be, and when they are they tell you they’re closed even though there’s hot food ready to be served that’s about to be wasted. I’m not sure if this is due to poor management or none at all, but this once dependable location is hardly ever open anymore. Whatever hours of business they operate in needs to be updated online because odds are they’ll actually be closed whenever you stop by, so don’t waste the trip.

So unfortunately today I have tried to visit Gregg's to review the quality of food and drinks available unfortunately for the second time in less than a month Gregg's has been closed for no reason what so ever with no notice to it's customer or explanation to why they have been closed. For this reason I am giving this Gregg's 1 start to hopefully be reviewed again withing the next month (if they are open then that is)

3 occasions I've been there 10 am on a weekday and it's just shut. Very odd for a big chain. The entire mall is dead though
I've been purchasing 2 baguettes and a steak bake for the last 2 months every Thursday, but that was it.The people working there are nice, but compared to either of the 4 Greggs I usually go to (Portishead, Newport commercial street, Swindon) there is barely any filling in the baguettes. The Chicken club had barely any chicken in it, a third of the baguette is missing everything and has just a thin salad, and the filling starts almost at the middle of it.Tuna crunch is a hit or miss, sometimes it only has 4 teaspoons worth of tuna, sometimes 3 normal spoons.Definitely not worth it.

All Greggs shops are great places to go for bakery products and food to eat 'On the Go'. I would say they are very cost effective.
