Visited on 13/01: there were free samples available which are always a welcome bonus! A wheelchair accessible shop however the doors can be heavy if you’re in a chair which is something that’s across all shops unfortunately and not just limited to just HC. A nice, clean and well stocked store.The chocolates are always great quality and they have a great selection. The caramel cheesecakes are a must! The 3 for £13 offer is reasonable too for the quality of chocolates.(This is a store not restaurant)Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, flush entrance which is a must as a disabled person

We visited on a day trip from a local care home and had an absolutely lovely time, the staff here were so welcome and accomadating to our wheelchair and walking frames, let us try some chocolate liquor and we're so patient with us as we decided. Covent Garden branch……It’s nice but there was a problem with a sell by date on their salted caramel hot chocolate pouches. Had to bring it back and the staff were very good. It was concerning that all the pouches had very short expiry dates and were on display without a warning. It’s not very covid friendly due to the narrow layout so may stick to online purchases or another store
