I came here to buy food for a friend, and was served incredibly quickly. The man serving me was very helpful when I was unfamiliar with the menu, and my food came only a few moments later. The prices are very reasonable too. This is a good option for fast food in central Bristol.

Absolutely hassled nothing but hassled we ordered food ti be delivered spot on speed delivery and .... no sign of children meal so phoned them oh sorry we can't give u it ul need to make complaint then have vouchers keep in mind we paid for it. So my partner gotta there by drive over they denied it so my partner showed proof of phone call they phoned and orders inn receipt and pictures of food but still refused so had to basically argue with 2 managers till get food eventually that we paid for won't bother again....

Worst KFC ever.The female staff is rude and so not professional.I ordered as usual using KFC app and checked in and saw my order number is being prepared.After I have waited for almost 20 minutes and I ask the female staff and I got instructed rudely that next time I have to tell them I have arrived before they actually prepared the order.I’ve been to many KFC before and have no problem ordering using app and check in using app.The cleanliness of this KFC is also very poor.Not happy and definitely will not come again. If only we can give 0 star I will not hesitate to rate it to 0 star.

We ordered our KFC through Uber Eats and had it delivered to our Bristol hotel after a long day of travelling.The app was easy to browse through the options and I liked that there were pictures alongside so you could see clearly what each food looked like.I ordered a Colone's meal (4 pieces) along with sweet chilli dip. I have to commend them on the new seasoned chips. Previously it used to be plain which was why I usually order a dip along with the chips but there was no need to have the dip since it was incredibly tasty and well seasoned. The chicken was juicy and very well done.My partner had the boneless meal (4 pieces) with two cans of Pepsi Max and it was a good price too. Our delivery driver arrived about 15 minutes after placing our order and the communication was very smooth I just needed to give them my four-digit number to prove it was me and it was an easy process from start to finish.

I had a mobile order after a waited about 20 minutes. A member of staff came up to me and asked me what was going on after I told them that I had a mobile order. They said that I need to present myself to a member of staff so that they can give me the food.

This place is disgusting, dirty,sticky tables,seats,toilets! People working there don't care to wearing glows on their hands,Service is "stressful" make a costumers ordering fast,not very helpful with ordering. Avoid if u can!!!

This is the second time I am experiencing the same when I pay the money it will debit from my account and that does not show in their system. They asked me to pay again and the second time I said I don't want any order and they said the money will come back in 24 to 72 hrs. The worst experience I had from KFC

Whilst I am sure they are trained in the basics I feel they may be lacking in knowledge of law or needs of customers.The disabled use loo was full of cleaning equipment front to back. The disabled use lift was, ironically, disabled and were expected to use the stairs.The chairs and tables were so packed in together it was a miracle anyone was capable of using them in any comfort.How do they clean them?The entrance was a nightmare of slanting street and high steps (keeps those pesky wheel chairs out)I have been twice. I doubt a third visit is on the cards.Wheelchair accessibility: Don't think you would even make the door.

I have been to many KFC’s around the world, but this one is the worst I’ve been at. The chicken was dripping with fat, the fries were way too soft. It was also very dirty inside.
