Brought mum here for a birthday treat. Really nice tasty food. However, drinks (coke) seemed very expensive at £3.50 each and it wasn’t even a can full you could get in the glass,

Was greeted straight away at the entrance And immediately was seated , I think her name was Abby, her service was outstanding, made an effort to make a conversation and brought out the food so quickly! Even complimented my outfit and said I smelt nice!

We stopped for lunch at 3pm today only ten costumers in the restaurant, we ordered a full sharing plater with fries and rice. Unfortunately the chicken breast was overcooked, the legs were ok. We started with the legs the waitress asked if the meal was ok, agreed it was fine, however after starting the breast it was very dry, we left most of it, even the rice was dry. We complained to the manager, he said “Im sorry” that was it. We have eaten in Nando’s restaurants lots of times over the country and never had a complaint.

Extremely busy, I asked if we could reserve a table, we don't do reservations, so left. We returned about an hour later, lovely lady on the desk, took our name and number told us we would have to wait about an hour, kept a check with the online app, this shows what position you are in...the hour was only about a 30 minute wait. Ordered food and drinks at the counter, a little wait for food, arrived served by a scruffy dressed guy, no real chat other than to ask who's meal. It wasn't the best of basically cooked beforehand and just reheated with required seasoning. Chips were good! Manager asked if our meal was OK...yes just ok...not the best Nandos we've had!

Poor service off an incompetent manager. Queued to pay for food, got to the till and he said, “card only at this till.” He stated I should go to the next till. This is after queuing for 10 minutes just to pay. I got to the cash till and the guy walked off doing other jobs. Manager (Tim) seemed not to care at all. Poor service at Cribbs

Ridiculously slow. Restaurant wasn’t empty but certainly wasn’t busy and yet still sat here 45 minutes after ordering and nothing has arrived. Staff appear to care very little about anything, lots of milling around chatting and doing nothing with food under the heat lamp for over 10 minutes not being sent out. Staff unapologetic. Terrible experience all round.

The noise level was huge, and the queue was huge. The rest of the experience was pretty good. The food was much better than I expected, and to be honest, I could have eaten it all over again. The lady at the till was incredibly polite, and every member of staff said goodbye and thank you as we left.

This is the second time this branch of Nandos served our starters with our main course. This meant we couldn't eat everything we ordered as the food went cold. Ugh, I mean who likes cold chips and/or cold halloumi? What a waste of money and food. So, the moral of the story is in future we shall either not order any starters when we eat in this Nandos or we will place two separate orders: one for starters and one for our main courses. If Nandos is trying to hurry customers to eat quickly, this has backfired as placing two separate orders will take longer.

When asked by staff if food was okay, manageress walked off before we could answer. Waitress asked then and I said the chips were actually really cold, she apologised. However, they became quite hostile, didn’t ask for more chips or money back so there was no reason for them to be hostile. Will never return!!!

Food was very nice and cooked well. Enjoyed the meal, however the service wasn't that good. Hard to understand the host who greeted us as mumbled. Extended the wait time, even though tables were vacant and just needed clearing.

Service was non existent, the worlds smallest breasts on the chicken, which was also tough as old boots. The chips were overdone and the garlic bread was virtually inedible. The seats were all ripped up like a bad kids social club and for the price paid there’s much better out there. 1 toilet for a large restaurant and a dispenser that neither dispensed tissue or was able to be opened (altho some had clearly tried!) isn’t acceptable. In this day and age and with times as tough as they are financially places like this really need to do better.

I asked a server if they could change the lemon and herb mayo that comes in the sunset burger to just regular mayo. The server had to go and ask a Manager who said no, recommending that I remove the lemon and herb mayo when ordering, buy a pot of the regular mayo I put it in myself. Really? Quite frankly, that's a poor service and based on this tedious approach, I won't be back.

came here for a cheeky nando’s and the service was bad because they didn’t get anything for us we had to find everything ourselves and they didn’t tell us where anything was so we kept having to walk around confused where everything was, like babe you are paid to do your job not to make us do all the work we want to relax instead of having to find everything. won’t be coming here again because it was stressful and expensive as anything like if i’m paying a lot i expect good service and helpfulness not for the staff to be lazy
