Nandos has always had a special place in my heart, suitable for any occasion, out with friends, on your own, with your wife or with your girlfriend.But on this occasion one thing stood out more than any other, and that was Karley.I have never met such a kind caring person, she made our experience like a dream come true.Food came out promptly and piping hot, this was an experience for kings and queens alike.Whoever taught Karley her hospitality skills needs to be given a raise.She must have years of valuable experience with some fantastic managers.5 stars for her and whoever helped her in her career

First time eating in this Nandos. Tried the butterfly chicken with mash and coleslaw. Expected the chicken to be a bit bigger. The meal was ok. The service was quick. Ordered a pastel de nata to takeaway and that was delicious, could eat more of those.

We came on a Friday afternoon (3pm) not to busy about 2/3’s full if that. Took 30 minutes to bring glasses for drinks we ordered. Starters 40 minutes and came cold as they had been sat on the hot plate for a long time clearly. An hour post ordering and we are still waiting for our chicken wings main x 3 so not a complicated order. Having been to lots of Nando’s around the country, it’s safe to say I’ll never come here again and would avoid if I were you.

Saturday 23/09/2023 Excellent food. We were seated immediately upon arrival outside the restaurant on a table with a bench and a straw chair which was very uncomfortable for me but fine for my companion. We ordered via Nando’s app at 1425h, the bottomless glass was immediately given to us afterwards. However, starter was served at 1445h and main meal was served at 1458hrs. There are so many workers there who were working tirelessly as the turnover of the customers was pretty high. Food delivered fresh and hot. I really loved the crispy sweet potatoes and my husband enjoyed the warm pitta bread with hummus. I recommend the spicy grain salad with feta cheese (side). We ordered the shared platter with 4 small sides, broccoli was delicious and spicy salad was awesome! Total price £41.95 We’ve been here many times already and staff were friendly, helpful and hardworking. The guy opposite us likely ordered at the till and his food was served first before us but seemed seated after us. So maybe it’s quicker to order at the till than on the app.

I recently (evening 14/9) visited Nando's Bristol Cabot Circus branch with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, primarily due to the behaviour of one of the servers (a black man wearing a dark grey long-sleeve top, long hair)From the moment we walked in, the server displayed impatience and a terrible attitude, practically ordering us to join the queue. When it was our turn to be seated, he couldn't be bothered to walk over to us; he waved at us as if he was telling a pet to come over. When we sat down, he spoke in a barely audible manner, and when I politely asked him to repeat himself, he impatiently questioned my understanding of English. “Do you not understand English” was his exact words.As someone who has lived in the UK for many years, I have never encountered such awful treatment. It was appalling. It left me with the impression that this person may harbor discriminatory attitudes, particularly against Asians. Racism should never be tolerated in any establishment, especially in a well-known chain like Nando's.I urge the restaurant management to investigate this matter and ensure their staff receive proper training in customer service and inclusivity. No one should have to endure such an unpleasant experience when dining out.

Hands down worst Nandos I've ever had! Chicken was unbelievably dry and overcooked, creamy mash sucked all the moisture out of my body is was that dry.On a positive note the staff were friendly and polite but the chef needs replacing or teaching how to cook.My advice..... Go to Clifton Nandos, better chef!

Was told to post on here as customer services wouldn't deal with thisOrdered 3x butterfly chickens to be delivered. this is rhe size of 2 - for comparison - the kids burger chicken was bigger. Very disappointed!

Love Nando’s and this nandos was no different have great food and really helpful staff can’t fault. The restaurant was clean and tidy too with a great atmosphere
Food is nice but the portions are small and very expensive. 2 small wraps 2 sides and 2 drinks for 35 pounds is ridiculous.

It was a little busy but my friends and I got a nice table to enjoy our meal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also the drinks were not available which we ordered but they offered to give us another with one free drink as well, which was pretty much nice. We enjoyed our evening.

Wasnt kept waiting too long, for the takeaway order i placed. Friendly/helpful staff, good food. My only negative - they dont do the pots for pouring the sauces in now, so just ended up with sachets - definitely not as good.

It was pretty average.customer service was good. The most exciting thing was a mouse running into the restaurant through the main door. Never saw it leave, so it could be an issue.
