Food was normal Nando standard , although there was no garlic bread. Restaurant appeared not to be that clean but probably because of the continuing footfall through there from travellers returning home after Christmas. Toilets were another story. They obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time as there was dust stuck to the doors! Toilet paper had run out and most of it was on the floor. Not the best Nandos experience!

It was great the kids loved it we all ordered chicken mild medium and spicy it was delicious and it really filled me up and we especially loved the pudding why don’t you give yourself a treat and try it!

We had a 20 minute wait for a table which wasn't too bad considering it was peak Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was the usual Nandos high quality and arrives exactly as ordered and very hot.

Servers were lovely food came really quick and was delish but I went to the front till to ask for mayonnaise and two girls were talking getting a drinks order sorted (definitely a one person job) and looked everywhere but me? I was standing right in front of them awkwardly waiting. I eventually quickly asked for the mayo because my friends and I were in a bit of a rush but they could’ve at least told me they’d be with me soon.

First time visiting a Nando's. As I don't eat meat, I always assumed it wasn't the place for me!However, my partner wanted to eat there and as I saw veggie options on the menu, decided to give it a go and was very impressed!Staff were attentive and accommodating, food and drink was excellent and it was a lovely atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Had a really tasty plant based wrap with chips and corn on the cob. Probably would have been happy ordering a few sides. Everything was delicious.

Probably the best nandos I've been to in the country. I've been to plenty of nandos up and down the uk and this one is right up there as being the best I've experienced. Called in twice on our way down to Cornwall and on our return from holiday. Both experiences were superb friendly staff very helpful and the food was excellent in quality and portion size. Could find any fault well done the team at Nandos Bristol Cribbs Venue. If I'm ever passing again I know where I'm stopping off for lunch.Parking: Plenty of free parking right outside.

Staff claimed they accept blue card discount but proceeded to refuse it when presented as we couldn't provide photo ID of active service ( We were with an ex police officer).Food was of nandos normal good to high standard and the chef who provided my son additional stickers to decorate his drinks bottle brightened things up.

Came with family , 2nd time coming welcomed to table lovely, went to bar to order food the chap asked what I wanted then looked away listening to other staff chatting , but rude we was about to give order , food was OK nothing special not sure we will come again ! 1st time we came there was delish but wasn't great.
Good service but food was not at the usual standard of Nandos. Was a busy Saturday afternoon.

It's a place that sells chicken. I think we can all agree that chicken tastes great, so Nandos is already onto a winner right there, combine that with some tasty sauce and bingo! Service at cribbs Nandos was okay service was via an app which was okay I suppose but it's like ordering delivery but you eat it at the restaurant! Very quick to get our food, probably had chicken at the ready. So if you fancy chicken without the colonels secret 11 herbs and spices then Nandos is a solid choice!!

We visited this place on Wednesday at 7pm. The girl who came to us was so rude and unprofessional like we’re asking for the charity or something. No change of greetings secondly she told me it will take half hour and I asked what is the reason for that because I could see 5 tables were empty and rather she explain me why she said as I said it will take 30 minutes and simply asked why again but there was a silent from her side. So we left straightaway because we could cook and eat at home why we come out just because of service and if we can’t get the polite service that place doesn’t deserve the customers. I will never ever visit again and I will suggest to the others don’t go there if you don’t want to spoil your day.

I normally really like this Nando’s, however I am really upset by how I was treated by one of the staff members. I asked about an orange reward I had received, however it didn’t work on the system. I explained how I had not used it and was confused why it wasn’t working, they snapped at me and was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why it was handled in this way.
