Nice Spice for sure serves the best Cantonese BBQ/ roast meat in Bristol. They have a varieties of choices for protein, and my personal favourites are the roasted duck, cha-siu, and soy sauce chicken (nice and warm and crispy). However, I do wish the portion can be a little bigger comparing to the price I’m paying as I still feel hungry afterwards.

If I can give one star I would.We had the chicken hot pot here and at the end of the meal we found a big piece of plastic in our pot.To save the face of the boss I quietly showed them the plastic, and she told the service girl to offer one soft drink for us.And when I refused this offer, the boss lady bad mouth saying that we just want to have our food for free so we tell them the plastic issue in the end. I was like what? Even you paid me I would never eat plastic boiled soup.Very unhygienic place, very unpleasant service. Gross! Disgraceful and disgusting!

A small yet ever so popular Chinese restaurant in Bristol serving up the classic Cantonese dishes. Do bear in mind of two things: it is CASH only and they don’t have toilets. However, if you go to Chill Tea next door and say you’re from the restaurant, they will let you use theirs.I ordered the classic crispy pork with rice, a very classic dish that hits home to me. For £10, this was an excellent dish that balanced the rice and meat portion well. Rice is soft. Meat had a very crispy top with a tint of saltiness on it. Amazing.If you’re looking for a traditional spot for Chinese spot, this is to best spot to go to. Though, get here a little earlier before opening to avoid queues.
